Finally, Schubert asks Brough about a nuclear waste dump on aboriginal land at Muckety Station. Brough says it is outside his portfolio but negotiations are taking place for a dump. If it goes on Aboriginal land it will be exclusively the right of traditional owners to decide if they want it or not and no-ones' rights will be trampled.
